Our services include:
Outreach Programs:
We conduct regular outreach efforts to connect with individuals experiencing homelessness, providing them with essential items such as food, clothing, hygiene products, and access to resources.
Shelter Assistance:
We work to secure safe and stable housing for those in need, whether through temporary shelters, transitional housing, or permanent housing solutions.
Community Events:
We organize and participate in community events aimed at raising awareness about homelessness, fostering empathy, and mobilizing support for those in need. Level Up Life Services collaborates with many partners in the community.
Mentorship:
Each adult in our program is paired with a mentor, who volunteers his/her time to assess the individual’s needs, create an action plan, work on accessing services, and provide support. This teamwork is critical to building a better sense of community
